Does The FBI Have An Alibi?

From The Lima News' Police Calls column:

1500 block of North Grant Street, Lima - On Tuesday night, a man reported someone stole a 59-gallon bucket of pennies from his home.

Did anyone ask where the FBI was Tuesday night?
