Come to think of it, this must be a liberal training video of sorts.
They start them out young watching this and after a few hundered thusand smacks, their brains turn to mush. After many years they nominate a guy that picks another guy for veep that claimed the first guy was not a leader and not ready to lead, but who jumped at the chance of being second in command to the guy that can't command to start with.
